Awaiting refund

My order was returned back to the warehouse as their couriers said they couldn't get hold of me. I have been promised for more than 3 months now that I will be refunded back and everytime I get a different consultant saying the same thing 'we see that it was logged for refund just waiting approval, we will provide you with feedback asap' 3 months down the line still same nonsense. They always ask for the order number, I have emailed, I have called no joy. I never received this kind of treatment from Spree, big mistake if all clients are treated the same. order ********** 78 for refund
