ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!!!!

I have been requesting a COUCH to be collected since February 2023 and ever since I had numerous hiccups with Superbalist where they keep on sending either a car / scooter to collect a COUCH. Numerous emails were send back and forth and I've made it clear what needs to be collected and clearly they can see on the order number that's been provided, but still the customer service is so ***********, that they can not escalate a truck to collect the item. Quick to take ones money but can't arrange a collection for a refund.
