Atrocious Service
I chose Monday delivery specifically so I could receive purchased items in person, but Superbalist were over zealous and delivered on Saturday when I wasn't available.
We are in the midst of a Covid 3rd wave and still you don't follow simple instructions!
Your service is atrocious!

I decided to return purchased items because of your atrocious service: Don't deliver my goods before the date I selected. I logged a return, and was notified that the bulk of items were non returnable even though your package is unopened. So I'm changing my mind and not returning the remaining items.
I trust this is all not too complicated for Superbalist!
