At my wits end!

Three weeks ago I ordered a bunch of things from Superbalist because black Friday was REAL!

Now I must add that I have NEVER had a problem with them, if anything all I would do is recommend people to use their site because it's "just so easy" ...

Anyway, I had ordered a bunch of stuff and it was supposed to come in three DIFFERENT packages on three DIFFERENT days, due to the varying warehouse distributors. It is also important to note that I work so I had the packages delivered to my family home so my mother could sign for it. On the third day my package arrived and when I eventually opened it only ONE of my THREE items were in the box.

I called them to follow up on this issue, I was told that the items missing were delayed as they could not achieve the ETA of the item in the box but I would be updated on when I would receive my missing items, I was not.

I called again only for them to tell me that someone else had signed for it so maybe it went to the wrong place... NO MY MOTHER DID NOT ***** IT!

I called them again, now this time they were waiting on the courier feedback... WELL SO WAS I... I heard nothing!

Days had gone by and I called again and this was told they would just email me or call me back on what was going on... I HEARD NOTHING!

Three weeks have now gone by and I still do not know the whereabouts of my items, I still have nobody getting back to me... WHAT DO I DO?
