As long as Superbalist has your money they care nothing about you after that

I have placed an order on the 18th and sitting on a date of 23 now and get a notification saying my items will he delivered on the 28th of November. I purchased my items in due time as I am going away on holidays. I call them ask them for a refund as usual they are dead and have no order or care nothing for their customers. The lady tells me I have to wait almost 3 weeks for my refund as the courier has to first deliver then come back and tell me them they were unable to deliver and I have to then only ask to process a refund for me. I ask to speak to a manager no I can't the lady on the phones says because she's unable to forward my call like how the hell does this work?. I can't believe this **** company runs this way Please when purchasing from these people make sure you are not going away cause they give you hell.
