Arrogant delivery guy

I am disappointed with the arrogance and lies from the courier company Superbalist uses.

I requested a return on a garment on Wednesday 20 February, which was approved of. Pick up was scheduled for today, 22 February before 5pm. The courier guy by name of Roshan (who was very arrogant) phoned to say no one was home, which was not true. I reviewed my cameras at home to see if he really was outside my house but he wasn't.
