Are you guys for real? You making me hate online shopping

I have been a customer at Superbalist since September 2017 and I've spent more than R13000 in 8 months. Made a purchase this week using a manual EFT, yesterday I sent an email complaing that my order is still showing as awaiting payment even after sending them a proof of payment. Lerato Stevens responds to my email saying I used a wrong reference.Today i get an email from Lerato Stevens that I will be refunded. Without an explanation why my order was cancelled. So when you complain about the service at Superbalist you get your money thrown on your face..I'm actually appaled. They indirectly telling me to F*** off if I can't wait..WOW
