Appalling service from Superbalist

I ordered 5 vases from Superbalist on the 25 October 2022. I was given a lead time of 2 days with the commitment (via email) that the items would be ready for pick up on the 27 October 2022. On the 27 October 2022 I received an email from Superbalist saying the or was cancelled because I had taken longer than 7 days to collect it. That doesn’t even make any sense. What shocking shocking and most appalling service. I won’t be buying from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
