Appalling service from Superbalist

I Live in a small town in the Karoo. I ordered goods and eventually it arrived 3 weeks later than promised. On the day it arrived I informed Superbalist that they send the wrong items. To date (4weeks later) they have not collected the items and therefor I have not received the credit payment. I send emails every second day and all I get in return is “ we are very sorry, we will look into the situation” Superbalist notifies me 7 times of collection, but never turned up. On a previous occasion I collected goods from The Take a Lot pick up point in Port Elizabeth , but I was attacked by one of the employees ( yes really) . This resulted in me being scared to take the Superbalist parcel to them on my monthly visit to the city.
