Appalling customer services and delivery from both superbalist and takealot

I ordered online from Superbalist who uses Takealot as their courier. I placed an order a few days ago and was sent confirmation that I would receive my parcel between 8am-5pm today, 15 March. After 10am this morning I received a text indicating delivery was unsuccessful at 06:15am, yet no call or text was received from the takealot driver indicating he was outside my place. Needless to say look at the time he supposedly attempted to deliver! Another supposed delivery was attempted but no call was received from the takealot driver indicating he was at my place to deliver. I've been on the phone and via e-mail with Superbalist Client Concierge the entire day, even spoke to a manager named Mondo who assured me I would receive my delivery before 5pm today. It's 6:15pm and still NO delivery. Appalling customer service from both companies, to say the least. I will never order from them ever again,yet I'm forced to use the funds in my wallet as Superbalist does not refunding cash!! It's pathetic how they do clients in and disappoint us yet they are supported by patrons daily. It's time both takealot and superbalist jack up their customer services and delivery!!!
