Appalling Customer Service Laced With Lies

I placed an order to be delivered the next day. On the day of delivery I get an update that my delivery is on the way and should arrive before 5pm. 15mins to 5pm I get an SMS saying it's delayed, then I click on the link to see what the problem is and it claims I wasn't available whereas I was. I work from home and how else would I say I'm not home when I didn't even receive a call from the driver or my gate? Then I call to see if I can't collect it at the pickup point because I have to leave early, and I'm told the pickup point isn't answering. Now I'm being inconvenienced by someone who **** and said I'm not available and I can't pickup my order because customer service is nonexistent at Superbalist.
