Appalling customer service from Superbalist.com!!!Never again

I ordered size 4 Superga sneakers and I instead received size 7 ASICS sneakers. When I called them, I was told to log a return and that it would take some time to do the exchange (this is after I explained that I needed the product for an event taking place in a few days time, so waiting for the return process to run will not work for me). The Agent that I spoke to by the name of Abdush advised that I have no other option but to log that return and WAIT!!!! He then hung up while I was busy talking to him. I'm totally appalled at the service I received. I specifically ordered the product for a specific event and now I won't have it on time because somebody at Superbalist had their eyes closed when they were busy processing my order, and ended up packing the incorrect order, and now I'm being given grief as though I'm the onevin the wrong! I'm pretty sure that this is the very last order that Superbalist.com has received from me, there's a lack accountability & professionalism from their end and they do not value their customers!!!!
