Annoyed

I placed an order on the 6th of June for a pair of shoes, the delivery date on the system was the 10th of June. It is the 12th today and I still don't have the shoes. What frustrates me is that when I call the call center to cancel this order they tell me that it cant be done because the shoes are still at the warehouse and they can't tell me what the delay is. I asked them to escalate the issue and was told that they would contact me, the business day is over and no one has contacted me. All I want is a refund so I can buy another pair of shoes.
