Annoyed and frustrated!

It's happened twice now that I've placed orders and both times my orders arrived at the incorrect courier facility which caused more than a week of delays on my orders. I dealt with it and accepted the mistake the first time but now that it's happened again I am highly frustrated and annoyed! A rather expensive item and much anticipated item is now delayed yet again! I left mails 4 times asking where my order is as no one bothered to contact me regarding the delays and above mentioned. I phoned and they told me I have to wait longer! Nevermind Superbalist, you only told me that the delivery would take 2 days and that I would be able to gift someone the item I bought! Now the gift is late! Twice in a row now on items I have ordered!
