Hate! Hate! Hate! Completely Hate!!!!!!!!

They're courier services and call centre system is nonsense. Firstly, they will schedule a delivery for a certain day and then on the day the driver will say that they couldn't locate the address and will reschedule the delivery. He doesn't even bother to call and confirm the address. I mean how dare you reschedule my delivery without even consulting with me I have other things to do and I'm not always home. This has happened to me now three times! Your drivers are *********** and very unprofessional. Then you'll get an SMS saying you'll be called... bull**** no one EVER calls or replies to emails.

Secondly the call centre agents my goodness. They'll make it seem like they'll solve your problems but never do. In the past I've never had a problem with Superbalist but with these recent experience I'm rethinking ever trusting them again. They've become so unreliable and unprofessional.
