Angry customer

Your delivery process is incompetence! My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday and it was and rescheduled for today and now you tell me there was a robery only when Im asking why there an exchange done without my knowledge. Which means it will then be delivered on Monday next week. Now I don't care whether you move mountains but I want my order by today.
