Angry and hurt

I am not happy with this. I need the item for a matric ball tomorrow the 22 Aug 2023. I called today and was told that I need to wait 3 days to get the Item as it was sent to a distribution center that does not deliver to the address provided. I could have been called and asked for an alternative address. I have been inconvenienced am sitting here with a child who's crying and am a parent left destitute. My child is being deprived of his matric ball. I need that Item today. Order was placed well in advance.
