Angry and frustrated customer

I ordered white Adidas platform sneakers from Superbalist.com on the 30/09. I then received an SMS saying that my order will be delivered on the 04/10. To my surprise I received another message Monday on the 03/10, saying that my order is out on delivery. The items that was delivered is wrong, totally different. Plum black slide flatforms. When I called them on the 03/10 to inform them of this, I was told that an exchange will be done, and the incorrect item will be collect on 04/10, before 5 pm. It is just after 5pm and the couriers are a no show. I just want the item that I've ordered to be delivered to me, and for them to collect the incorrect item. If this cannot be done, then they should refund me.
