Angry and disappointed customer

Disgusting service, false advertising, so I purchased sneakers made payment and all that only to receive an e-mail the next morning saying that they have cancelled my order without my knowledge how pathetic it is for such a big business , they saying that it was a system error and that stock on not available. I am absolutely disgusted and I am going to take this further there is no way no way in hell I am letting this go. Their customers service is pathetic I've been trying to call and sending emails with no response clearly they don't value their customers. I am very angry and disappointed
