*********** and useless!!!

For the second time in a row, they have sent my order to the wrong address. Then because of their incompetence, my order gets sent back to a depot (wherever that is) and scheduled for delivery on another date. Why can't you just get it to my house on the day if the hun is 10kms from my correct address? Nobody seems to be of any assistance at the “customer care” centre. USELESS!!!!!
