I didn’t have a problem with Superbalist, until I had a problem. My order went missing, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve asked for either delivery of the items I ordered or a refund. I was in contact with an agent who said she’ll assist in resolving, but I haven’t heard from her in days now despite me sending follow ups for just ANY sort of feedback. I’ve read the reviews of people who had similar experiences but thought that they were anomalies and that it wouldn’t happen to me. Bottom line, I wouldn’t trust this business, as they do not care about customers. As long as they get your money, they don’t care whether or not the product gets delivered. Nor are they interested in keeping customers in the loop. To them, you’re a number and inconsequential to their profit margin and triple bottom line. Good luck to those who trust them blindly. Highly disappointed.
