Almost 5wks and still no refund!

It's been almost 5 weeks since I returned clothes that were too small (I'm a size 6/32 – clothing for children, perhaps?). I still haven't been refunded. The client services lady had to ask me for the waybill details TWICE, and STILL nothing has been done. I've had too many bad experiences in the past (incorrect product measurements, poor sizing on apparel, faulty products, incorrect product exchanges). No more – I'm done!
