almost 2 weeks no collection on return

I logged a return with superbalist.com on 26 JUN 2023 and till today they have not collected my return. For 6 working days I receive an sms at 06:30 saying that my collection has been scheduled to that particular day. Come 5pm no collection done, even changed the collection address to Midrand hoping they will commit to the collection. Now status of the collection says cancelled on ***3, while I am still waiting for the return to be collected.

You have always been reliable but I must say this time around I am disappointed, this is the worst service ever.
