all they care about is money not their clients TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

it has been over a month and im waiting for my money from Superbalist, i made an order at superbalist, and i had to return it because the shoes were too big.

im so angry right now, i did not expect such bad service from them i paid R808 both for my shoes and and when i returned it an sms came in saying i will get R239 for both instead of the actual amount that i paid for. i spoke to the online fashion assistant and she said she will get back to me TILL TODAY and this was about a month back

i don't recommend anyone to order anything from them their service is very poor and they do not care about their clients no one has bothered to give me a call or explain why i haven't got my money back im so angry i regret placing that order
