After sales service SUCKS!

I placed an order, I could not change my address on the order form. I made a call to change my address. I have for 4 days spoken to these useless people over 12 times, in the last hour 4 times. Its always someone else saying something else. There was just one guy trying his best, Kieyaam, the rest drop my calls and tell me everything is okay, but then they did nothing! I cant take it anymore, I just want my money back. You will never see me again. Your after sales service sucks beyond belief!!!!!!
