After 18days I still haven't received my order

I placed an order on 31/01/2025 and it was delivered on 06/02/2025. I ordered a total 10x items and only received 3x items. I logged the enquiry the very same day. It's now been 18days since my first enquiry and still no feedback on when I will receive the rest of my order. I have emailed them almost daily, but get ignored. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced - you have your money but I am still waiting for my order.
