Accused of not returning shoes

I purchased two pairs and I wasn't happy with size and the other was fabric. Logged return and they picked up (two pairs) same time they leave one pair same as the one I did not like its fabric. I called and made them aware and they pick the pair the following day. Suddenly I get refunded in the wallet the cheaper pair and they claim i did not return the sneaker which was a big size. They accusing me of not returning one pair and they keep saying they escalating matter and will get back to me. They never do, I am calling and consultant keep playing yo yo with me and my airtime.. from July and still waiting. I hate superbalist and I will never buy from these people ever again. They accuse people of theft whereas they are the one messing up things. I get frustrated everytime I call them as it seems they hoping I give up on my money.
