ACCUSATORY, INCORRECT AND SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking and Accusatory. I returned a pair of shoes, not worn as they were a small make which I could easily see. I am walking with two crutches, presently and predominantly on bed rest, recovering after surgery. I am now being ACCUSED of wearing the shoes. Naively, I did not take a picture before I sent these back. Both my husband and I are shocked! This is being taken in a very serious light #Superbalist.
