Abuse by Superbalist

I received an SMS confirming collection of my return parcel would be on 15 Nov, without further communication, this was extended to the 20th and then to 21 Nov. I emailed Superbalist (spoke with Lerato K) querying the changes to collection dates without communication, and was promptly blamed for ‘not being available’ on said dates, which I strongly refuted and offered to provide records of all incoming/ missed calls.

Without any accountability or apology, Lerato then informed me collection would now be on Monday the 24th. Said parcel is still at my residence. Still no communication and continued lies from Lerato K and/ or the team at Superbalist.

A follow up email I’d sent has gone unanswered.
