absolutely furious

I am absolutely furious with Superbalist.com.

the order that I returned: ********** was not damaged

I received my delivery on 27/11/2018 - I took out the dresses, sealed the box and logged a return on 28/11/2018. The courier comapny fetched the item on 29/11/2018 and when I sent it, the box was taped up.

I did not even remove the clothing from the packaging that superbalist used to pack the clothing.

The order that I placed ********** was a duplicate to one that I already got ********** (except for the dresses and underpants).
