Absolutely ****ed off at incorrect order sent

I ordered Reebok Sneakers in Size 10 instead I received two leggings in Size Large. I contacted them and received feedback from Nikita Adonisi, apologizing for this with a promise of an investigation being launched at the warehouse. I responded requesting that the item be shipped overnight in order for it to arrive ahead of a birthday. It is a gift for a loved one. I was rudely told that I'll receive an sms from the couriers confirming a collection date.

Once the parcel has been collected, it will be returned to the warehouse, where the stock will be inspected and rectified by the returns team.

The exchange will then be released, the process can take between 5-10 working days to be completed.

It still doesn't justify that my order will not be here on time. This is no fault of mine, but the ultimate fault lies with Superbalist.

I do understand that mishaps do occur but for a loyal customer not to even be compensated for a huge mess up, or get some sort of quick overnight delivery for the correct item is terrible. What really irks me about this bungle is the fact that this is a birthday gift (placed a long while ago). I didn't even receive the correct item and now I am being told that to get the item on time is impossible.

Overnight delivery and faster delivery options exist. Get with the times. Now I must wait at least two weeks for my correct item to be sent. That is not on Superbalist. Get your act together. These sorts of mess ups should be prioritised. Now, will any of you be able to explain to a loved family member that their gift is still sitting with Superbalist????
