Absolutely appalling customer service!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service!!! Every order of mine had done issue or the other, the employees at customer service act like they own the company and think they know everything! They have tried to make me out to be a **** on several occasions, even though I have screenshots as proof! This is absolutely pathetic to say the least! What's the use having specials when you find every excuse not to adhere to them??? Extremely ****ed off!
