A week later and order still not here!

I ordered two pairs of sneakers on the same day a week ago, the one order was delivered quickly. I have not received the other pair. Every time I ask that the order be delivered at a specific time, they show up at a later time and send me SMSes to say that they could not deliver because I was not there. Everyday I make phone calls and send emails asking for my goods to be delivered. It has been a ********** experience dealing with these guys. I have used other similar platforms like Zando and have had the best experience. I am never using Superbalist EVER! I want my order before 1pm today before I knock off!!!
