A real dissapointment

I bought a dress from superbalist on special. When receiving my delivery I found perfume in the box and not the dress I ordered. They only have a return policy for you to return the incorrect parcel to them, but due to the fact that they need to investigate they will refund you, but not send you the correct product. What **** is that? In order for me to get the dress I now need to buy it at full price due to their error. Really think they need to relook at their policies
