Superbalist has been so good to me until recently, I ordered a pair of converse shoes which were delivered, I found the size to be bigger than what I anticipated. So I requested an exchange, the guy came to my office I was off sick and that was on the 29th, he had said he will come back the next day but he never did. I emailed support and they told me that they were investigating the case last week already. I am still waiting for the feedback even now. I have tried to be patient but I really think this is unfair when they have all my details, I don't think this is a big issue I just want to exchange and my patience is being tested at this point.
