7 days and they can't figure out what to do

Ordered Saturday, issue with the payment on their side,went through on my side, sent them emails with statements etc, 5 working days and it's still not sorted, everyday there's a request for my bank statement but then nothing gets done!!! It should reflect by now anyway and I've resent my statements 3 times now and nothing, super slow feedback, no items and no refund! Will be deleting the app and not using them again..trying to hold on to my money as long as they can..guessing the items I wanted are all gone now also..this time of year it's pathetic..
