6 Months waiting with no Concrete feedback

I have sent a watch back for repairs since October last year, from the call centre agents, emails and person who runs they Twitter. No one can provide concrete information where the watch is and when it will be returned. 6 WHOLE MONTHS I have been waiting. I’m appalled at this service. I want my watch or the money back
