4th day and counting no delivery
DAY 4 & 3rd CONSULTANT & STILL NO DELIVERY : USELESS = Superbalist + Takealot + Dawn Wing<br> This was not the first time I've ordered from you guys but it will surely be the very LAST! I cancelled all meetings and appointments to stay home to wait for my parcel on Monday and again yesterday and after promises from 3 consultants who all blame the new courier company, Dawn Wing, still no delivery. The system shows 3 failed deliveries for Friday, Monday and Tuesday which is utter ******* because nobody tried to deliver anything on either of the days. This item has ended up costing me way more than what I paid for it in lost revenue. Perhaps I will receive my parcel by next year this time and in the meantime you've got my money and don't give a damn cause you're earning interest!
Once again, we would like to apologise for this terrible inconvenience. I have reached out to Dawn Wing and currently awaiting their manager's call back to get this resolved for you soonest. Once I have confirmation I will follow up with you again.
