3 MONTHS OF SUPERBALIST HELL

The absolute worst when it comes to returns or exchanges! I placed an order November 2021 and returned it late November. I was turned i can't exchange my sneakers as they were dirty so I logged for a return. I was then told that they lost my sneakers in the warehouse (this was early December). No updates were given until I asked again in January and they told me my sneakers where delivered in Narturena and that I should go and fetch them there. Firstly, I don't know anyone that side and where can I find the address to fetch them . The consultant Kwanele was so rude and told me that Superbalist is no longer a part of this . I asked them to check their database to see if Naturena was ever a delivery address for me and they couldn't answer. So essentially they smoked Naturena out of thin air and delivered my sneakers to someone else who probably wore them. Its been 3 months and my shoes are nowhere to be seen, let alone a refund.
