20 DAYS LATER,NO ORDER!!!

I ordered a watch and sneaker on the 22nd October for pick-up, only to get 1 item. I have been told 3 different stories about where the watch(sent to wrong pick-up point; Never collected from warehouse and today i was told it was damaged during transit). What irritates me the most ,is that nobody is bothered with updating me, they not responding to my emails either.
