2 weeks of back and forth for a pair of shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 29 Nov and to date have not received my shoes. The call center agents are very friendly yes but that doesn't help me in anyway if all I get from them is " we will make sure the order is delivered today and that has been the story since about a week ago! I am extremely frustrated with the service received to a point where i had to ask for a refund. hopefully that wont take another 2 weeks.
