2 months still no refund!

I used to love Superbalist. However I've been waiting for nearly 2 months for my refund on a return. Support keeps telling me the money will be transferred to my bank account soon...however after weeks of phone calls and emails, I'm still waiting for my money. Its scary when a company admits that they owe you money, but they are simply no interested in giving it back to you.
