If it were possible to capture this review without ticking any stars I would have. Firstly I had to drive to the pick up point twice for nothing, 1 . to pick up an incorrect item, 2 . to drop off/ your mess of sending me the incorrect item and since I could not log the return on the App I had to take your instruction of dropping off and not you collecting the item from me. Wow , as if that is not enough now I have to wait for my refund. To date I am waiting for clarity on why the box was the correct size and yet the item was incorrect, do you not do checks?????????????????????????#***2.
