Terrible Service

I honestly wish there was an option to give zero stars.

I have ordered from this company before and previously did not experience bad service. However, on 27 February, I placed a grocery order at 7:00 AM, and my groceries were only delivered at 10:10 PM.

Throughout the day I made countless calls to the driver, as the weather was extremely hot and I had ordered fresh milk. When my order finally arrived, the milk sachets had burst because the groceries were packed in a car with 13 other customers' orders.

The milk was packed in the same bag as meat patties, puri, and puff pastry, and many of the items were damaged. The one milk sachet that had not burst was spoiled and curdled, clearly because it had been left in the heat for the entire day.

The driver took photos of the damaged groceries and advised that the company would contact me, but that I should also message them on WhatsApp.

I sent a message on WhatsApp and received no response. Two weeks later, I followed up again and still received no response. A month later, I sent an email and another WhatsApp message. The message was viewed but no one rep****.

I also have videos showing the condition of the groceries and the health hazard, but despite multiple attempts to contact the company, no one has bothered to respond or resolve the issue.

This level of customer service and disregard for food safety is completely unacceptable.
