Super-Rod caught me with Super Service!

As everyone knows I sustained a brain injury and have short term memory issues preventing me from working. I was a network engineer before my injury and wanted to attempt something basic like making network cables as I did years ago. I contacted Super-Rod about the chances of being a crimping tool and they agreed. However they are based in the UK and I am in SA. They then suggested I find out if I have anyone in the UK they could send it to. I then asked a family member in London but they feared that customs may have an issue because the tool has a blade. My thing is Super-Rod was willing to gift me (a person they had no prior dealings with) with a crimping tool and still send it to a family member in the UK and I haven't had any prior dealings with them before. Any business that helps/is willing to help a MENTALLY DISABLED PERSON that they hafmd NO PRIOR DEALINGS WITH is a business I would recommend to ANYONE!
