This was not my first time buying a refurbished laptop, but it was my first time with Super Communications. To say that I am blown away is an understatement. The performance, battery life, and overall aesthetic of the machine often make me forget it is refurbished. I also love the care and intention that they gave me, the bag and mouse with batteries that the machine came with. The only thing I didn't quite love is their two days or so of no update, but they were prompt when I did write to them. 116667
