Oh, what a great team to deal with! I had to replace my 19 year old donkey laptop. Katia took all my needs & wants and guided me to exactly the right laptop for me being cognisant of my budget. Within 1 day of placing my order the laptop arrived together with a mouse & bag (quite unexpected but delighted). She's in great condition, like new. I'm super stoked with their service and product :)
