Super service from Super Communications

I bought a very nice refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad from Super Communications through Takealot. On the first day I lightly bumped the battery with my one finger and suddenly it went dead. It wouldn't start up no matter what I did. I was seriously dreading the process because experience has taught me that this would be a tedious, painful and time consuming process.

However, I was pleasantly surprised. After one phone call, Super Communications sent a courier to fetch the laptop, fixed it and sent it back. It's a week later and I am typing this on my very cool, super fast laptop.

They are very friendly and professional, I wouldn't buy a laptop anywhere else again.
