My experience with Super Communications

I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T495. I was very excited as it arrived and got it sooner than they estimated, which I liked, as I was looking forward to getting it. I ordered it on September 6, 2025, and got it on September 12, 2025—not bad for a remote area! I also got it with a free bag, surge adapter, and wireless mouse, which I was not expecting.

When the laptop arrived, I tested it, and it ran smoothly. I installed the programs I wanted, and they all ran smoothly.

Time went on. On the 4th of October 2025, suddenly my charger was no longer working.

I was dejected, thinking I was probably going to pay for another one. But as I emailed them, they got back to me shortly and firstly suggested that I check it and try different ways to see the problem. As that did not work, they ordered one to replace the faulty charger. I got the replacement the following day, and the day after that, they collected the faulty charger. And it was all free.

I am grateful for Supercomm and for just discovering them. I cannot recommend them enough; they have top-quality products and superb customer service.
