Great experience with service and product

Disclaimer: I am writing this review to enter a competition. That said, I was genuinely impressed with the service I received from Super Communications. Firstly, the price at which I got my refurbished laptop was phenomenally good: I’ve very happy with what I got compared to what I paid. I’ve bought several refurbished laptops from another company before, and prefer them because, even second hand, they are of better build quality than a new, cheap consumer model.

While my order was being prepped, I received two calls from Super Communications to keep me updated on the progress. When I received the laptop, it looked immaculate; I had to inspect it closely to see signs that it had indeed been used before. The technicians had cleaned and prepared really nicely and carefully. The laptop came with a mouse and a bag, which was a nice touch. It also came with a booklet on laptop care. While I hope to never use the 12 month hardware warranty, it is reassuring to have it.

The experience genuinely was superior to my other laptop purchases. It was a delight doing business with Super Communications.
